Terms of Sale

These terms govern purchases made on summon-it.co.za, operated by Luvo Spofana, trading as Summon It (a sole proprietorship, not currently registered with CIPC or for VAT), of 270 Von Willich Avenue, Die Hoewes, Centurion ("we", "us").

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown. Prices and availability may change without notice. In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example if an item is out of stock or a payment cannot be verified). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by PayFast. We do not receive or store your card details. Your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via The Courier Guy, Pep, or PostNet, chosen on a per-order basis — we do not currently have a fixed courier agreement, so the service used and its cost may vary between orders. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on your location and courier availability.

Returns and refunds

Your right to return goods is governed by South Africa's Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

Change of mind. You may cancel your order and return an item for any reason within 7 days of delivery, in line with your cooling-off right under ECTA. Contact us at info@summon-it.online to arrange the return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and we will refund the purchase price once we receive it back in resalable condition.

Defective, damaged, or not as described. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of noticing the issue, at info@summon-it.online — though your rights under the CPA's implied warranty remain open for 6 months from delivery, so a later report does not forfeit your claim. We will review your claim, and once approved you can choose a refund or a replacement. For approved claims, we cover the cost of returning the item and the cost of delivering any replacement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your purchase, beyond the value of the order itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
